Overview
For this project, we were tasked with designing an entirely new AI product for which there was no pre-existing format.
One of the key challenges involved providing users with clear, in-depth explanations to support their understanding - without revealing the proprietary aspects of the product.
Because this product is part of an emerging area of Al with few existing mental models for users to draw from, it was important to establish and clearly communicate key terminology.
This project included UX research, zone diagrams, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Experience Designer - Developed the strategy for functionality and use cases of the product. Designed high fidelity interface with full prototyping. Implemented and innovated on client branding to create beautiful designs that served the product goals.
